5 Spooky Halloween Cocktails To Try at Home

For the over achievers out there, if drinking on Halloween isn’t enough, here are 5 cocktails dressed for the occasion that will send your Halloween party over the edge.

Spider’s Kiss (Pictured above)

  • 1 part Midori Melon Liqueur
  • 1 part Pinnacle Vodka
  • Splash of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • A dew dashes of Grenadine
  • Chocolate fudge

Pipe a chocolate web into a martini glass and place in the refrigerator to chill. Combine Midori® Melon Liqueur, Pinnacle® Vodka, and lemon juice in a shaker and strain into glass. For a blood effect, gently pour grenadine into glass using a spoon. Garnish with a chocolate dipped orange slice

Dead Man’s Mai Tai
  • 1 part Cruzan Aged Light Rum
  • 1/2 part Cruzan Mango Rum
  • 1/2 part DeKuyper Triple Sec
  • 1 1/2 part Fresh Sour Mix
  • 1/4 part Orgeat Syrup
  • Dash of Orange Bitters
  • Float of Cruzan Black Strap Rum + Lime Squeeze
Combine the Aged Light Rum, Mango Rum, triple sec, fresh sour, orgeat syrup and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into iced 14 oz glass. Top with a lime squeeze and a float of Black Strap Rum and garnish with a cherry.

Brain Hemorrhage
  • 3/4 parts Dekuyper Peachtree Schnapps Liqueur
  • 1/4 part Irish Cream
  • Dashes Grenadine

Pour the peach schnapps into a glass. Slowly add Irish cream. Add a few drops of grenadine.

Dark as Night

  • 1 part Cruzan Black Strap Rum
  • 1/4 part Falernum Syrup
  • 1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice
  • 6 parts Cider
Combine Black Strap, falernum syrup and fresh lime juice in a mixing glass. Pour cider into a rocks glass and slowly float mixture over top of the cider. Finish with fresh grated nutmeg and a lime or orange peel.
 
Pumpkin Toddy
  • 1 1/2 part Cruzan 9 Spiced Rum
  • 1/2 part Cruzan Vanilla Rum
  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Filling
  • 4 parts Hot Water
Combine all ingredients in a mug and stir until fully combined. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of vanilla rum on the top to finish.
