There is no better way to bring in the new year than with family, friends, and a sparkling glass of champagne. This weeks cocktail of the week explores the tasty yet underrated use of champagne in a cocktail: The Poinsettia
Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail:
- Champagne (Try your favorite brand)
- 1/4 oz. DeKuyper® triple sec
- Splash of cranberry juice
Put triple sec and cranberry juice in a champagne flute and top with champagne.
