…..It’s that time of year again where adults will be piling into Walt Disney World, leaving their children behind while mom and dad load up on food and booze with Mickey mouse.

“Celebrating Culinary Adventures from September 28 to November 12, 2012
A food and wine lover’s paradise awaits you at Epcot with the 17th Annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival! From tasty tapas and refreshing beverages to celebrity chef demonstrations and rock star performances, there’s something to satisfy every taste and interest. Upon arrival, visit the Festival Center to pick up your Marketplace Discovery Passport and plan your day. Then, dine your way around the world, attend a cooking demonstration, savor satisfying wines and tap your toes at an exciting outdoor concert.”‘

Having only been in Orlando for a couple of years, we popped our Food and Wine Festival cherry last year and have had the date for this years event circled on our calendars ever since.  If you enjoy culinary demonstrations, mixology seminars, wine classes, and more tastings than you can think of, then this is something you wont want to miss out on this year.

Festival Highlights include:

  • Signature dining experiences with celebrated chefs
  • Party for the Senses—a spectacular tribute to the sensory arts
