A Halloween Green Apple Hot Toddy

Who likes hot toddy’s? This time of year they’re the perfect complement to a chilly night. We’re getting creative this week, and in honor of  Halloween, we’ve got a green apple hot toddy from the folks at HI-CHEW that asks you to put on your DIY hat and have a little fun in the kitchen before you down the booze. It’s not too hard so don’t worry, try it yourself and share with your friends at your Halloween party this week.

Cheers,

Alex

  • 3 ounces HI-CHEW Green Apple-Infused Applejack**
  • 1.5 cups apple cider

  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

In a small saucepan, heat the cider until hot. Remove from the heat, stir in the applejack and lemon juice, and divide between two mugs. Garnish with a lemon wheel and dried apple ring. Infusion instruction: The infusion ratio is one piece of candy per ounce of liquor. Soak the candy until dissolved. For a Booze-free option, eave the booze out, garnish with a skewer of Green Apple HI-CHEW candies.
