Celebrities and alcohol go together like peanut butter and jelly. Unfortunately they’re most known for causing trouble together or at the very least some very embarrassing yet memorable moments. Still, over the years, many celebs, music artists to be specific, have turned their fondness for a specific brand of alcohol into fortunes. The most notable current celeb being Sean P.Diddy Combs and Ciroc vodka. His endorsement catapulted sales of Ciroc and have now made it one of the premier night club choices in the vodka category. He isn’t alone though, many others joined the cause before and after him. Just to name a few: Justin Timberlake and 901 Tequila, Ludacris and Conjure Cognac, Sammy Hagar and Cabo Wabo Tequila etc,. Add Superstar JayZ to that list with his endorsement of D’usse VSOP Cognac.

“D’USSE [dew-say] is a bold new expression of Cognac that dares the palate like never before. Born from the prestigious Chateau de Cognac, France, D’USSE blends over 200 years of tradition with the inspiration of a passionate Cellar Master who set out to create his own legacy. The result is a uniquely powerful, authentic Cognac that starts off with distinguished intensity and then gives way to a pleasantly smooth, balanced finish.”

399306_472612552777232_664322896_nFollowing a highly successful launch in NYC and Washington D.C. last Summer, D’usse Cognac is getting ready to make HUGE splash by entering new markets including Miami, Chicago, L.A., Las Vegas, San Francisco, New Jersey, Philadelphia  Charlotte, and Houston. Your city not listed, don’t worry, that doesn’t mean your city isn’t celebrating. Even here in Orlando, there will be an exclusive launch party held this Thursday for D’usse at the 180 Grey Goose lounge.

The Internet and social media outlets such as Twitter and Facebook have been on fire over the past couple weeks as Jay-Z himself was seen drinking D’usse cognac from a Grammy that he had recently one at this years Grammy Awards. The unique bottle alone was enough to grab attention, but the stunt was perfect marketing to get the people talking.  It’s been said to be known for it’s uniquely bold flavor and smooth finish, and with the repuation of its Cellar Master Monsieur Michel Casavecchia, we aren’t in the least surprised. We haven’t gotten our hands on a bottle yet, but look out for our review of D’usse VSOP Cognac coming soon.
