Valentine's Day Cocktails

In the Dallas area? Fairmont Dallas has whipped up something special for those looking for love (in all the wrong places?) The French Kiss cocktail is the perfect toast to the holiday featuring Empress 1908 Gin, Lamarca prosecco, simple syrup, and a dash of lemon juice that transforms the butterfly pea infused gin from indigo to a lush violet. Empress 1908 Gin hails from a jewel in the crown of Fairmont hotels, the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. Infused with butterfly pea blossom, the indigo gin balances the traditional citrus notes of the spirit with a herbal earthiness. The Empress Hotel, known as “Canada’s Castle on the Coast”, is an icon of elegance with a modern twist, thus the inspiration for the French Kiss cocktail at Fairmont Dallas’ Lobby Bar. Located in the heart of Dallas’ Arts District, the Lobby Bar is the perfect spot for a nightcap after perusing priceless works of art at the Dallas Museum of Art, strolling through the AT&T Discovery District, or enjoying the sounds of the city at Klyde Warren Park, all just a few blocks away from the Fairmont. If you’re in the Dallas area, make sure to stop by for a French Kiss this w
