The Do’s and Don’t of Drinking Abroad

Traveling abroad is probably my favorite “hobby” these days. I love visiting countries and exploring cultures that aren’t my own! One thing we can all agree on is that when we travel, both internationally and domestic, we love to try out the local food and drink culture. These days there are a lot of self-proclaimed “foodies”, but I would like to consider myself a “drinkie”! I’m always researching to find the best bars to try but what about the local drinking laws and etiquette? Not so much. Fortunately, the folks over at Eshores have identified this gap and created an awesome Infographics to help guide you to some of the do’s and don’ts of drinking abroad.

We were in Paris last year and realized early you don’t drink until everyone’s glass is full. And while traveling to the UK it would have been helpful to know not to expect table service to order drinks it’s all done at the bar. You can check out these do’s and don’ts and more below by checking out the Infographic or by heading over to EShores!
