St Paddys Day Cocktail: The Lucky Chew

Happy St. Paddy’s Day! We hope everyone is safe and in their best spirits this year. Even with some doom and gloom in our current environment, we’re finding things to stay positive about. One of the best things about Intoxicology has been the growth we’ve helped achieve in the at home bartender industry and with everyone stuck at home (for the most part) here’s the perfect time to show off the skills to keep yourself entertained and sane. Enjoy this St Patty’s cocktail featuring Hi-Chew candy.

  • 1 ounce HI-CHEW Lemon-infused lime juice

  • 1 ounce simple syrup

  • Beer (like a pilsner or light lager) or soda water to top

  • ⅛ teaspoon matcha powder (optional)

Measure the lime juice and simple syrup into a pint glass. Stir in the matcha powder, if using, then fill with ice. Top with beer, garnish with a lemon wheel, and serve. Slainte!
