As much as I love the mixing of various spirits, sometimes you have to give the people what they want. I was told that Cincinnati is as blue collar as it gets and they love their beer. So for the Bengal fans out there I’m going to stick with a classic that is loved around their parts as well as many blue collar towns across the country. It’s a Beer cocktail, thats right I said beer, and it’s quite simple to make. But don’t worry, in honor of the new Batman and Robin tandem in Cincinatti I’ve got an additional recipe.
The Cincinnati
1/2 pint of your favorite full flavored craft beer ( I suggest Dogfish)
1/2 pint of Soda Water
Batman & Robin
1 oz Pernod
1 oz Gin
Dash of Grenadine
