Celebrating the First Day of Fall: Basil Hayden’s Autumn Sour

It’s the first official day of Fall, and after 3-4 months straight of 95 degree here in Florida I can’t be any happier to see it cool down. More importantly though, Fall is porch drinking season around here. I spent so much time building the perfect backyard patio to hang out on and instead I’ve avoided it all Summer so now it’s time to break out the bourbon, enjoy some football and relax. Speaking of bourbon, our friends over at Basil Hayden’s have been sending over a lot of tasty recipes and we wanted to share this one with you. It’s an autumn inspired whiskey sour, and it’s perfect for the cooler weather. Give it a try and let us know what you think.

Cheers!
