Cinco De Mayo is almost here, Memorial day is right around the corner, and before you know it it will be 4th of July. Those are 3 of the biggest drinking holidays of the year. But Earth Day is April 22nd, and you know I’m always looking for a reason to raise a glass. But what are you suppose to drink for a holiday that is a celebration of Mother Nature? How about Organic Tequila? Truth be told, with warmer months ahead, I wanted to find a way to feature a great summer cocktail while helping to celebrate Earth Day, and I immediately thought of an organic Paloma recipe I saw. Palomas are amazing, and have long since replaced margaritas as my favorite tequila drink. Hopefully after trying this one, you’ll consider the switch too. To make it, we’re using Casa Noble tequila, a organic tequila that’s pretty smooth with a great finish.
Casa Noble Paloma
- 2 oz Casa Noble Crystal (Blanco)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- Splash of Soda Water
Pour the first 3 ingredients in a glass and stir, and add a splash of soda water on top.
Cheers
