Here is one last great “summer” cocktail to enjoy before you completely switch over to fall/autumn mode. This is one of my favorite “cool off” cocktails that is both refreshing and simple to make.
1 1/2 oz Stoli Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Sweet and Sour mix
Splash of Lemon-Lime Soda
Combine all ingredients (minus soda) into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour over a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry. Pour over a high ball glass filled with ice. Top with lemon lime soda and garnish with a cherry. Cheers !
