Cocktail of The Week: Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail

Hopefully everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Seems like it just came and went didn’t it? But with December 25th officially a part of the past that can only mean one thing, New Years is right around the corner. New Years is without a doubt the premier Holiday for the champagne industry and for good reason. There is no better way to bring in the new year than with family, friends, and a sparkling glass of champagne. This weeks cocktail of the week explores the tasty yet underrated use of champagne in a cocktail: The Poinsettia

Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail:

  • Champagne (Try your favorite brand)
  • 1/4 oz. DeKuyper® triple sec
  • Splash of cranberry juice

Put triple sec and cranberry juice in a champagne flute and top with champagne.
