Drink of the Week: Rockaway Beach Cooler

Summer is officially here, and that means vacations, beach visits, and weekend getaways. A few weeks back, Jim Beam asked mixologists from some of the hottest getaway locations to throw together some awesome drinks for for the summer. We’ll be showcasing one each week throughout the  Summer to keep you motivated to get out, and have some fun. This week’s is from Rockaway Beach, a popular beach in New York.

Rockaway Beach Cooler

• 2 parts Red Stag by Jim Beam® Black Cherry
• 1 part Raspberry Liqueur
• Sweet ‘n Sour

Served with a splash of club soda.
