Recipe: Spiked Cupcake Milkshakes

…..We’re always looking for fun ways to consume alcohol around here. Frozen drinks are always a huge hit, and after recently purchasing the Ninja 1100 elite blender, we thought what a perfect excuse to whip something up. Summers gone so we passed on making an icy slush but there’s never a bad time for milkshakes! When deciding to make an alcoholic milkshake, the go-to spirits are going to be rum, whiskey or a sweetened liqueur but with the recent addition of Pinnacle Cake Vodka to our collection, we thought it would be perfect for our experiment. We had some fresh strawberries in our fridge and decided to use those as well but you could just as easily flavor this drink with your favorite fruit or leave it plain Jane vanilla.

Pinnacle Cake Vodka Milkshake: Makes 2 servings

3 oz Pinnacle Cake Vodka
5 Fresh Strawberries
8 Scoops Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cup of Milk
Whipped Cream
Sprinkles

Start by pouring in your milk. To that add in your vodka, strawberries and then your scoops of ice cream. Depending on your setting, blend to your desired consistency. Pour into a tall glass and top with Whipped Cream and Sprinkles. Enjoy

…..Hope this one satisfied your sweet tooth. If not, try our more fall-festive Pumpkin Milkshake for adults. Be sure to check back daily with us throughout the holidays for more great recipe suggestions.
