image006August is National Peach Month. And with the month more than halfway over, signaling the end of Summer, there’s no better way I can think of celebrating than sipping on some peachy cocktails. This weeks drink of the week is a cocktail we tried over the weekend featuring Van Gogh vodka, and is perfect for sharing with a group of friends, possibly for Labor Day. Try it at home and let us know what you think.

Berry Peach Lemonade

  • 1 Bottle of Van Gogh Cool Peach Vodka
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled, unsweetened iced tea
  • 20 blackberries or raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups lemonade

In a large pitcher, muddle the berries and add remaining ingredients with ice and stir a bit to dilute and chill. Store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve over ice n a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Cheers!
