Halloween Cocktails With Jim Beam

With brand spin-offs like Jacobs Ghost and Devils Cut, you just know Jim Beam wouldn’t pass up a holiday like Halloween without having a few spooky recipes to share. Jim Beam passed on a few fun Halloween drink recipes to us, and we’re passing the buck right back to our readers. Our personal favorite is the Black Knight. Try them all and tell us which is your favorite.

Casper’s Cosmo (Created by Bobby “G” Gleason, Beam’s Master)
• 2 parts Jacob’s Ghost™ White Whiskey
• 1 part John DeKuyper & Sons™ O3 Liqueur (orange liqueur)
• 1 part White Cranberry Juice
• ½ part fresh Lime Juice
Build all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass, shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Midnight Moon Manhattan

• 3 parts Jacob’s Ghost™ White Whiskey
• 1 part Martini & Rossi® Bianco
• 2 dashes Fee Brothers® Cherry, Orange or Peach Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Now drop in one 2” chunk of dry ice and fill with regular ice. Stir all ingredients and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

The Black Knight

• 1 1/4 parts Jim Beam Black® Bourbon
• 1/8 part Honey
• 1/8 part Cinnamon Schnapps
• Hot Apple Cider
Pour all above ingredients into a large coffee cup or mug. Add cloves or one cinnamon stick. Garnish with a wedge of marinated apple or a cinnamon stick.

Full Moon Martini

• 4 parts Jim Beam Black® Bourbon
• 1 1/2 parts Amaretto Liqueur
• 2 drops Bitters
• Splash Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
• 2 Lime Wedges
In a martini shell, combine Jim Beam Black® Bourbon, amaretto, bitters and orange juice. Muddle with lime wedges. Serve up with orange wheel.

October Harvest

• 1 1/2 parts Jim Beam® White
• 3/4 part DeKuyper Amaretto
• 1 1/2 parts Fresh Pressed Apple Juice
• 1 part Funkin Pear
• 1/2 part Egg Whites
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of pear on the rim.

Ghost Bite 
• 2 parts Red Stag by Jim Beam® Spiced
• 1 part Kamora® Coffee Liqueur
• 2 1/2 parts Half & Half
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into glass.
Garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon.
