We’re all punched out and ready for the weekend. A random trip to Tallahassee is in our plans, so hopefully the weather won’t be it’s usual bitchy self. We wanted to share a drink before we left, so we’re featuring a twist on a classic that we like when springtime hits. Let me make this clear now, I go out of my way to find a reason to drink ginger beer. So Dark N Stormy’s are a staple at our bar, but for those that don’t prefer rum (or the calories it brings), there’s a lighter ginger beer cocktail alternative that uses vodka, and it’s one of the simplest drinks you can make. It’s called the Moscow Mule. We’re putting a twist on it today though, using melon flavored vodka instead of regular, to give it a little something extra.
Cheers
