…..New Years Eve is almost here and nothin says NYE like Champagne. The Bellini ha always been a favorite amongst drinkers and here’s my slightly revised version for the alcoholics in all of us.
Peach Sparkler
- 2 oz Champagne
- 1.25 oz Peach Puree
- .75 oz Ciroc Peach Vodka
Start by pouring your vodka in a champagne flute. Follow that with the Peach Puree, and then finish with your champagne. Enjoy.
