…Independence day is right around the corner and while drinking and fireworks don’t exactly sound like a safe mix, the 4th of July is traditionally one of the larger drinking holidays of the year. What do drinking and fireworks have in common? They both should be done responsibly. So what are you doing this year? Heading to the beach? Having a backyard BBQ? Sometimes the best memories are of my family setting off our own fireworks display in our driveway. Either way, whatever you do, just enjoy here. Here’s a fun recipe to try this Independence day featuring Chilean Pisco. Pisco is a potent South American brandy with a storied history and a passionate following. Pisco is exported from both Peru and Chile, and both countries claim to be the original producers of the liqueur. “Chilean Pisco creates an ideal summer libation, perfect for any gathering under the stars—and, of course, fireworks.”
