We love trying other drinks just as much as we love making them. So this week we’re sampling bars new and old all around Central Florida. This week we’re at Chayote, a latin cuisine fusion restaurant with an amazing artisanal cocktail bar.

You can find a million different Gin & Tonic recipes around the globe, but this is probably one of the best we’ve had in a while, with very floral forward notes which is probably why they name it that.

  • rumshanbo sardinian citrus gin
  • Floral tonic reduction

That’s it, thats the recipe!

Cheers
