I LOVE this time of year. Football season is in full swing, the summer tourism season here in Florida is over, and for a Chicagoan stuck down here, I finally can walk outside without sweating my ass butt off. Besides that, I get to change of my drinks menu here at mi casa. We switch out the seasonal fruits of Summer with warm flavors that remind you of the cooler Fall season. Cinnamon, apple, pumpkin, peppermint, maple, and caramel are just some of the many flavors that go perfect with this time of year. I love making my own drinks, but I’m also a huge fan of surfing the net and finding other people’s awesome recipes and trying them myself. After sipping on probably over 100 different drinks in just the past 2 months I’ve put together a list of 30 of my favorite fall cocktail recipes that we’ve had.
