Happy Birthday America: Drinks for the 4th of July

Hopefully you’re enjoying a long weekend for the holiday and now you’re ready for a few drinks. And if you AREN’T enjoying the holiday then here’s an excuse to drink. If you haven’t seen any of our 4th of July drinks roundups in the past, be sure to check them out, this year we’ve got 5 more cocktails for you to try at home or to take with you to a BBQ. Enjoy

4th of july drinks

Red Fire Sparkler

  • ½ oz. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire
  • 4 oz. Korbel Brut
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice

In a wine glass, serve chilled

Miss American Berry Pie

  • 2 parts Ménage à Trois Berry Vodka
  • ½ part lemon juice
  • ½ part elderflower liqueur
  • ½ part raspberry/blackberry liqueur
  • 2 Blueberries
  • 2 Raspberries

Add all ingredients into a shaking tin and fill with a few ice cubes (3-4). Shake for about 10 seconds and dump ingredients into a doubled mini pie tin. Other option is in a rocks glass. Whip cream garnish optional, but suggested!

Red, White, and Blueberry

Muddle blueberries and basil with Tres Agaves Tequila. Add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and serve over fresh ice (Do not strain). Garnish with basil leaf float.

Svedka Red White & Boom

  • 1 3/4 parts SVEDKA Vodka
  • 3/4 part lemonade
  • 1/2 part triple sec
  • 1 part cranberry juice
  • Juice of 6 whole limes
  • 12 cups ice
  • Whole blueberries and sliced strawberries

Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl. Add 5-6 cups of ice, stir, and garnish with blueberries and sliced strawberries. As the party continues add more ice and fruit as needed. Yields 25-30 servings. 

4th of July drinks

Svedka Firework

  • 1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
  • 1 part watermelon schnapps
  • 1/2 part cranberry juice
  • 1/2 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 1/4 part Blue Curacao
  • Club soda

Build in a rocks glass. Add watermelon schnapps, and cranberry juice over ice, then carefully add lemon, simple syrup, and SVEDKA Vodka to create the white layer. Then VERY carefully layer the Blue Curacao to create the color separation, and gently top with soda. Garnish with fresh watermelon pieces.
