These days you aren’t official in Hollywood until you’ve launched your own alcohol brand. From wine, to beer, to spirits, there are several celebrity owned or endorsed brands on the market. From Ryan Reynolds and Aviation Gin to Dan Akroyd and Crystal Head Vodka, there’s plenty to choose from. Now you can add Dos Hombres Mezcal to that list. Dos Hombres is a joint venture from “Breaking Bad” co-stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul.
Paul stated that the dynamic duo search high and low all over Oaxaca to find the right mezcal. Dos hombres has notes of apple, mango, and a local fruit called zapote to name a few of it’s flavor components. The two even stopped in New Orleans for this years Tales of the Cocktail festival to officially launch their product in front of media and enthusiasts. Both actors stood in as guest bartenders to win over the crowd mixing and making a few signature drinks to promote their new brand.
Dos Hombres Mezcal is available now in California and New York and online, but we’ll update you as distribution widens in the future.
