Spiked Cider Cocktail: Makes 4-6 Servings
1/4 Gallons off Your Favorite Cider
1/2 Cup of Don Q Dark Rum
1/2 Cup Goldschlager
1/2 Lemon (Juiced)
Can be served warm or cold. Cider can be warmed in a pot before adding to the other ingredients, otherwise combine all ingredients in a pitcher and serve over ice.
Caramel Apple Cocktail: Makes 5-10 Servings
1 Gallon Apple Cider
2 Cups Carmal Sauce
1/2 Tbs Vanilla Extract
Apple Brandy
In a pot, combine cider, caramel, vanilla, and heat to a medium while stirring. So that you may offer an alcoholic or non alcoholic version, I like to add the brandy afterwards. You can serve as is, and then add Brandy to taste or in each individual serving.
