Introducing Red Robin Beer Can Cocktails

There’s nothing more annoying than seeing a commercial for a really cool place or product that isn’t available in your city. That was my exact dilemma for about 9 month when they started airing all these Red Robin commercials in Orlando and there wasn’t one anywhere close to is. I’m not a huge chain restaurant fan, and a lot of that has to do with the overkill of places like Applebee’s and TGIF, but I heard good things about Red Robin, mostly about how they took both burgers and cocktails “seriously”. Well, after finally opening one up here in Central Florida, I can say that I’m a satisfied and repeat customer. The burgers are delicious, and the bartenders actually know what they’re doing back there.

Last year we did a short article on Red Robins can crafted cocktails, a combination of beer and liquor, from Blue Moon and Coors light that was served in a pretty cool re-usable beer can. Now they’re building off that success and adding to the menu with two new cocktails.

• Wildbeer-y Can-Crafted Cocktail – a berry-licious mix featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Redd’s Strawberry Ale, Red Robin’s strawberry-raspberry purée and Minute Maid Lemonade
• Beer ‘Rita Can-Crafted Cocktail – a refreshing combination of Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila, triple sec, and Red Robin’s house-made sweet & sour mix topped with a cold Coronita

With 4th of July just passing, maybe you’re still feeling patriotic. Their limited addition American baseball flag can was made specifically for the wildbeer-y cocktail and can be purchased forr $3.
