Say Goodbye to 2020.  Finally this year has come to a close, and 2021 is hopefully the start of something much better. NYE has always been a great excuse to drink in style, and if there ever was a year its needed, its this one.  Whether you’re celebrating traditionally with friends and loved ones (with masks) or self quarantining but still planning to sip on something, we wanted to share with you 3 sparkling cocktails to help you transition out of this crazy year we had.

Bourbon & Bubbles Cocktail

  • 4½ oz. Prosecco
  • 1 oz. American whiskey
  • ½ oz. orange liqueur
  • 3 dashes sweet bitters
  • 3 dashes bitters

Stir the bourbon, liqueur and bitters.  Strain into a coupe glass while simultaneously pouring in your La Marca Prosecco. Garnish your bourbon & bubbles cocktail with a lemon twist.

Blushing Bubbles Cocktail (Pictured Above)

  • 1½ oz. Prosecco
  • 1½ oz. New Amsterdam Coconut Vodka
  • ¾ oz. lime juice
  • ¾ oz. simple syrup
  • 6 dashes bitters

Shake all ingredients except prosecco. Strain into a cocktail glass while simultaneously pouring in your prosecco. Garnish with a twist of citrus peel.

Orange Blossom Cocktail

  • 3 oz. Champagne
  • 1 oz. New Amsterdam 80 Vodka
  • 1 tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup

Shake all ingredients except prosecco. Strain the vodka mix into a champagne flute while simultaneously pouring in your prosecco. Garnish with a twist of orange peel for a refreshing vodka cocktail.

These 3 should get you started, but should you prefer a more traditional sip this NYE, check out these classic champagne cocktails including one of our favorites, the French 75. Good luck, and in 2021 may the odds be in your favor.
