Can you call it Eggnog if it’s technically vegan? Eggnog or Coquito are my go to holiday drinks, but now that times have changed I realize that the original recipes don’t accommodate our lactose-intolerant friends. This vegan twist on a holiday favorite everyone enjoy a sip!
- 1.5 oz Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
- 1 oz Goya Coconut Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Aquafaba
- 1.5 oz Vanilla Almond Milk
Shake Aquafaba vigorously for 30 seconds then combine with all other ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Vigorously shake for another 1-2 minutes, strain into ice-filled glass, top with optional garnish.
