Kir Royale: (Classic)
1/2 oz Creme de Cassis
Champagne
Pour in your Creme De Cassis and then add in the Champagne filling to the top
Champagne Cobbler
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curacao
1 thin slice of orange
Champagne
Fill a large goblet half full of cracked ice. Add lemon juice, curacao, and orange slice. Stir and fill glass with champagne or sparkling wine. Stir again gently.
The Green Sparkler
1/2 oz Midori
Champagne
Fill glass flute with champagne, top with Midori and serve
The Magna Carta
1 1/2 oz Tequilla
1 oz Triple Sec
Lime Juice
Salt
Champagne
Dip the rim of a chilled wine glass in lime juice, then salt. Pour in tequilla and Triple Sec, then fill with champagne or sparkling wine.
Midnight Kiss Cocktail
3/4 oz Vodka
Dash Blue Curacao
Champagne
Sugar
Rim the edge of a wine glass with white or gold sugar. Pour well-chilled vodka into the glass,and fill with champagne or sparkling wine.
Top with Blue Curacao.
Mimosa (The Morning After Cure)
1 oz Orange Juice
Champagne
As simple and classic as it gets, the mimosa is delicious and can be altered to fit your taste. Try this recipe, or half and half.
